As the Program Officer at Dora-Care Behavioral Foundation, Oluwanifemi oversees initiatives that promote mental health awareness and elderly care, fostering impactful solutions for underserved individuals.

 

With a proven track record of managing innovative programs and spearheading research, Oluwanifemi combines a passion for healthcare with a commitment to uplifting communities. Her expertise includes connecting underserved individuals to rehabilitation centers, crafting awareness campaigns, and developing sustainable support systems for those in need.

Izuafa Victoria is a versatile professional whose expertise spans occupational therapy, ergonomics, e-course development, UX design, and mental health advocacy.

 In her role as Community Liaison and Integration Lead at Dora-Care Behavioral Foundation, she drives impactful initiatives in two key areas: mental health awareness and elderly care.

Victoria brings a unique blend of skills and compassion to her work. With a strong foundation in occupational therapy, she understands the interplay between physical well-being, mental health, and the environments in which people live and work. Over the past two years, her experience as an ergonomist has honed her ability to optimize spaces for comfort and productivity—insights she applies to creating supportive environments for underserved individuals.

 

As an e-course developer, Victoria designs engaging and accessible educational content that raises awareness about mental health and promotes workplace wellness. Her UX design expertise ensures these resources are user-friendly and impactful, reaching broader audiences effectively.

 

Victoria’s passion for mental health advocacy has been evident throughout her three years as a dedicated volunteer at Dora-Care, where she supports individuals facing mental health challenges and helps create awareness campaigns. In her current role, she integrates this passion into community programs that empower individuals, foster connections, and support the elderly who may be isolated or in need of care.

Iyanuoluwa Marvellous Adedamola is a dedicated professional passionate about leveraging social media to drive impactful community initiatives. In her role as Community Outreach Assistant at Dora-Care Behavioral Foundation, she contributes to the organization’s dual mission of raising mental health awareness and providing care for the elderly.

 

With a strong background in social media management, Iyanuoluwa oversees content creation, account management, community engagement, and influencer collaborations. She ensures that Dora-Care’s social media presence remains dynamic and impactful, effectively amplifying the foundation's programs and campaigns. Her ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends allows her to craft strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

 

Beyond her role at Dora-Care, Iyanuoluwa manages her personal brand, where she promotes Christian and life-related content, blending inspiration with practical insights. She has also had the privilege of being mentored by a seasoned social and finance manager, which has further refined her skills in digital strategy and community building.
