Feyikemi Akinyelure
Founder & Executive Director
Feyikemi Akinyelure is a globally recognized social impact leader and award-winning researcher driving the vision of Dora-Care Behavioral Foundation. With a background as former Head of the Occupational Therapy Department at the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba, she brings deep clinical expertise and leadership to advancing community-based mental health solutions. Her work focuses on early intervention, mental health first aid, and building scalable care systems that expand access for underserved populations, particularly children and adolescents across Africa.

Prof. Taiwo Ojo
Chairman, Board of Directors
Prof. Taiwo Ojo is a seasoned leadership strategist and organizational development expert with over two decades of experience across finance, ICT, and energy sectors. As Chairman of Dora-Care Behavioral Foundation and CEO of Kish Global Consultants, he provides strategic direction and governance oversight. An accomplished author and speaker, he brings a blend of academic rigor and practical leadership insight to advancing mental health advocacy and institutional growth.

Dr. Richard Ademola Adebayo

Dr. Richard Ademola Adebayo is a distinguished Consultant Psychiatrist and Fellow of the West African College of Physicians with extensive experience in clinical psychology and psychiatry. He has held key leadership roles at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Yaba, including Head of Clinical Services and Acting Medical Director. Widely respected for his contributions to mental health advocacy and public education, he brings deep clinical expertise and leadership to the Foundation.

Dr. Olajumoke Koyejo
Trustee
Dr. Olajumoke Koyejo is an experienced psychiatrist specializing in addiction medicine with over 17 years of practice. A Fulbright Scholar with international certifications, she serves as a Consultant Addiction Psychiatrist and is President of the International Society of Substance Use Professionals. Her expertise in evidence-based care, training, and global mental health leadership strengthens Dora-Care’s impact in addiction treatment and advocacy.

Dr. Dapo Adebowale

Dr. Dapo Adebowale Adegbaju is a respected mental health researcher and advocate focused on improving psychiatric care in Nigeria. With extensive experience at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Yaba, his work spans depression research, school-based mental health initiatives, and rehabilitation for severe mental disorders. He contributes strong expertise in evidence-based interventions and policy-driven advocacy to the Foundation.

Mrs. Oluwatoyin Grace Ayodele

Oluwatoyin Grace Ayodele is an accomplished administrative and legal professional with experience in public service and litigation. As a Principal Administrative Officer at the Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria and a legal practitioner, she brings strong organizational, legal, and leadership expertise. Her multidisciplinary background supports effective governance and operational excellence within the Foundation.

Mrs. Kehinde Ayilara

Kehinde Oluyemisi Ayilara is a dedicated electoral officer with the Independent National Electoral Commission, known for her commitment to transparency and good governance. With strong experience in civic engagement and community advocacy, she plays an active role in promoting democratic participation. Lucky Jet is a licensed Occupational Therapist with over eight years of clinical experience and expertise in mental health and sensory integration. As Head of the Occupational Therapy Child and Adolescent Unit at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Yaba, and co-founder of Luvic Integration Services, he specializes in improving functional independence and quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Dr. Omotayo Ajirotutu is a consultant clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience specializing in addiction, trauma, and behavioral health. As Head of the Psychology Department at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Yaba, he has played key roles in national crisis response and mental health interventions. His practice is rooted in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a strong commitment to public mental health.
