His career began at Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank), where he played an instrumental role in the early stages of the bank’s growth, honing his expertise in financial operations, strategic management, and business development.

Transitioning to the start-up ecosystem, Ese has been a key contributor to the success of some of Africa’s most innovative ventures, including Gokada Rides, Kobo360, Loft Africa, and several other emerging businesses. His deep knowledge of scaling operations, optimizing financial structures, and creating sustainable business models has enabled these organizations to thrive in competitive and dynamic markets.

As an entrepreneur, Ese co-founded Eran.ng, a digital marketplace, and Foodorm Africa, a transformative platform across Africa's food delivery industry. These ventures showcase his commitment to leveraging technology and innovation to solve critical challenges, enhance livelihoods, and create positive social impact.

Currently serving as the Lead Consultant at Navicore Dynamics, Ese specializes in Logistics and FinTech consulting.
